Issue Description Work around for Office 2007 Work around for Office 2003
1 Animations applied to header, footer & slide number in Slide
Master in Slide Master view are not honored in Presenter published
output.

Slide Master View can be selected by going to
View->Slide Master in PowerPoint Menu options. Animations applied to
header, footer and slide number on the Slide Master are lost when the
Presentation is published from Presenter.

Apply animation to header, footer & slide number in normal
slide view. The animations will now be retained in the Published output.
Apply animation in normal slide view , not in slide master
2 Random Effect’ Animation, applied to slide objects in a PPTX
Presentation, is not respected in Presenter Published output. Instead
of Random Effect, the Appear/Disappear animation is applied to the
Slide objects in the Presenter Published output.

3 All Underline Styles do not get published correctly in Presenter Published output.

1)
For PPTX files, ‘Single line’ underline appears in published output for
‘wavy line’, ‘wavy heavy line’ & ‘wavy double line’. Apart from
these all other undeline styles are supported.
2) If a PPTX file is
saved as a PPT file and then published, then ’single line’ underline
appears in published output for any underline style applied in
PowerPoint 2007. Only ‘Single line’ underline is supported for PPT
files created in Office 2007.

4 Images in CMYK color space are not supported by Adobe Presenter.
Such images if inserted in a PPT/PPTX file, will not be visible in the
Published output.
Save the image file in RGB color space, re-insert it in the
presentation and publish. The image will now be visible in the
Published output.
Save the jpeg files in RGB color space, and re-insert them in
presentation and publish.(The images present in the file are in the
CMYK color space and it is not supported.)
5 If Audio, Video or swf is inserted in the Slide Master of a
Presentation in Slide Master View, then it gets inserted only in the
first slide and does not get inserted in the rest of the slides.
Insert the assets in each of the slides in Normal view. Insert swf file in slide itself
6 In some powerpoint slides, text inserted in a textbox may overflow to the next line in Presenter published output. In case text overflows to the next line in the Published output,
simply increase the width of the textbox in the presentation slide.
In case text overflows to the next line in the Published output,
simply increase the width of the textbox in the presentation slide.
7 If there are animations and audio on a slide in a Presentation,
then slide duration of that slide is equal to the duration of the audio
and it is not the maximum of animation & audio duration.
Add silence using audio editor to make slide duration as per requirement and then synchronize animation and audio Add silence using audio editor to make slide duration as per requirement and then synchronize animation and audio
8 Custom animation effects on slide objects are not visible in Presenter Published output if audio is present on the same slide. Synchronize animation with the audio using Synch Audio fetaure Synchronize animation with the audio using Synch Audio fetaure
9 When animations like Teeter,Change Fill Color , Vertical Highlight
(i.e animations which have color as one of their properties ) are
applied on images, then the effect seen on these images in the
published output is different from what is seen in the Powerpoint
slideshow.
